BRIEF

Propose a strategic repositioning on which to base the experience design and the communication concept of the new ACMilan.com website and, in general, of the entire digital ecosystem of the Company. Increase traffic to the website and ensure the digital platform is an important asset to raise attention towards the Team.

 

IDEA

Create into ACMilan.com a converging, full-responsive, multilingual and multicountry digital platform. Develop a project full of exclusive content, as personalized and engaging as possible, to increase sharing among Users.

The keywords? Passionate, designing a visual language able to interact with the Fans. Engage, maximizing editorial contributions. Innovate, creating communication solutions and customizing services that enable the Club to govern its digital strategy.

 

THE PROJECT

Thanks to the collaboration between Kettydo+ and AC Milan's digital and marketing teams, the website becomes the most relevant source of information in the digital offer. Being focused on events concerning the Team, it allows the Rossoneri Fans to be always connected and to feel involved and stimulated in building their experience in a personal and participated way.

The Team is always in the foreground and remains the protagonist at any time of the Season. Then there is the institutional figure of the Club, to talk to a more professional target. The contents related to Casa Milan, the Academy, the Junior Camp and the Foundation are organized with a coherent narrative voice that fully represents the AC Milan universe.

YouserXP, the Technology Platform by Kettydo+ optimized for web and mobile, was adopted by AC Milan for the governance of the digital ecosystem and to support multiple levels of the technology strategy: as CMS for content management; as Data Model integrated with CRM for User Profiling; as Rules Engine for setting up marketing automation rules and delivering profiled content to the reference target.
